Sabi Sands Game Reserve & Kruger National Park
When you venture into the wild in the company of Singita’s skilful guides, your sightings will be intimate and far from the maddening crowds, ensuring that your safari is filled with unforgettable stories.
The Sabi Sand Reserve, crossed by the Sand River, has groves of Acacia Thornveld and Marula trees giving way to open expanses of grassland where zebra, antelope and wildebeest graze freely. The region is particularly famous for leopard sightings.
The Sabi Sand region is one of the most prolific wildlife areas in the world. The reserve boasts the ‘big five’ including the famous mountain pride of lions as well as a myriad of smaller creatures. The Sabi Sand Reserve is bisected by the perennial Sand River, and game viewing is abundant in this part of the world.

The region is famous for its big cat activity and leopard sightings. Leopard, lion, elephant, buffalo, white rhino, cheetah, hyena, giraffe, zebra, waterbuck, hippo, wildebeest, kudu and many other mammal and bird species occur.
Singita Kruger National Park is located on the Park’s eastern border with Mozambique where large prides of lion thrive, including the famous Mountain Pride of lions.
Situated across four eco-zones, the Singita concession is found in the diverse habitat in the shadow of the Lebombo Mountain range. The rocky outcrops provide a unique habitat for a range of diverse animal species. Many a guide will tell you that Lebombo offers one of the most pristine wilderness regions in Africa.
